Though it's early, Wright (.333, four homers, 17 RBIs) seems to be on his way to another .300 season after registering 25 homers and 100 RBIs in each of his first three seasons.
According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Wright is one of eight players to accomplish this feat before the age of 25, along with Joe DiMaggio (four times), Albert Pujols (four times), Mel Ott, Jimmie Foxx, Ted Williams, Vladimir Guerrero and Miguel Cabrera.

There is no question that Wright will end up the most productive Mets batter in history. His consistency is another huge key. Except for the first month or 6 weeks of '07, he's rarely had an extended slump. The best thing the Mets can do for him is make sure he always has a legitimate batter behind him in the lineup, so teams can never pitch around him.
BTW, on a separate note nice of Heilman to hang two extra runs on Santana last night with the HR.
