Seems I missed this story.
Apparently they want Burgos to get more "polished" at AAA since he was rushed up to the majors by the Royals. Hold runners on better, field his position better, etc.
Something tells me that if that 96 mph fastball was going by hitters and not getting turned around his poor fielding would be quickly forgotten.
Still, he's the kind of kid that at 23 years old still has a long career in front of him. If they straighten him out in a year or two, he could still be closer material for a long time.

This is a good decision. Burgos was absolutely brought up to majors way too early by Royals since they were desperate. Burgos has a very live arm, but needs to work on his control.. If he can develop some confidence and control in AAA, he could be an outstanding addition to pen.
