That'll happen.
With his great #s in AAA so far this year, mets should think about trading him for pitching. Maybe this will finally push him out of "untouchable" status in minaya's eyes, but i doubt it.
I'm still bitter we didn't pony up for bradford, that's a big loss while mota is out. Mets definitely need help bolstering starting rotation and bullpen. Heilman blows, as does Schoenweis and Sele. I don't really like anyone out of pen except smith and feliciano.
i also don't think starting pitching by committee until pedro gets back is the way to go. even when he's back, who knows if he's dominant, and who knows how long until glavine or duque get injured again?
