If you would have told me that you were getting 6 IP with 1 run against Perez, AND Chavez stole a 2 run HR, and we STILL lost--are you kidding me?
Extra-special thanks to Reyes for his game 7 effort. With the season on the line, he posted an 0-for-5 in Game 7, including a crushing out in the 9th when his teammates (including the playoff-inept Valentin and Chavez) were mounting a rally.
I suppose I could write about all the progress the Mets made this year, but why bother when dominating your league doesn't get you anywhere.
