Here's an initial sign: Santana thinks he's the best pitcher in NL East.I completely agree - the guy is simply incredible. Consider this: with bone chips in his elbow last season, he still posted a solid 3.13 ERA. I can easily see him putting up a 2.50 or lower ERA this year.
