But you know it's coming, especially after the picture you posted below!
Tough choke loss for the fish today. I mean, big time choke.
Meanwhile the Jetties handed the Raiders their worst home shutout ever. Jones and Greene look solid, and nice to see that Ryan's emphasis on cleaning up penalties this week in practice really paid off.

Wow--bragging about beating the Raiders...are they gonna play my high school team next week?
Seem to remember you guys taking a big L from the Saints too.
And if we're gonna choke, at least it's to an undefeated powerhouse and not the scrub-ass Jills.
Fins have the league's toughest schedule this year and have gone toe-to-toe with Indy and NO in addition to a last second loss to the Chargers. I'm proud of them and look forward to them competing for the rest of the season.
Meanwhile the Jets are having trouble against bottom-feeders (Oakland is even below that category).
I can guarantee I'm much happier and more secure in my team's future prospects than you are.
Yeah but our D only gave up 10 points to NO offense. We are the ONLY team that has shut down NO's offense.
And we also have the #1 rushing offense. I'll take Jones and Greene any day.
I'm definitely liking the Jets future for the next few years. Tough losses of Jenkins and Leon this year, but they've still got a shot.
Well, I'll split the difference here. I'm proud of the progress the Jets have made, and feel like they're moving in the right direction. That said, in the last two weeks, they've lost their most important defensive player, and most dynamic offensive player, for the season. Almost no team could sustain those types of injuries and be thinking about playoffs, unless they were already an elite team before hand.
Also, in the past 3 weeks, defenses have found how to rattle and expose Sanchez, and he has looked very much a rookie. I'm not surprised by this, and wouldn't even be disappointed if not for the great start he got off to, but any thought that the Jets are going to be able to cruise to the playoffs is out the window. Making the playoffs, at this point, would require Sanchez to improve quickly, AND the defense to be absolutely dominant. Won't say it can't happen, but I wouldn't bet on it. Still, when Leon is back next year, when Sanchez has a year under his belt, and when Edwards is out of jail, this team will be a serious contender for the division.
As for the Dolphins, I agree with you E, they look like a quality team right now. They've had some good wins, and some well-played losses against good teams, and look capable of controlling TOP. No reason not to think the Fins won't be a serious playoff contender right to the end, but beware--just like the Jets, defenses are only now going to start to figure out what the young QB's strengths and weaknesses are. In fact, this week's game should be a nice test for him, b/c now an opposing coaching staff has a week to game plan for him after already seeing him play a full game in person. Luckily for him, chances are the Jets staff willl be busier trying to figure out how to counter the wildcat, so he might catch a bit of a break there.
Of course, at the end of the day, the Fins always have to wear those fem aquamarine jerseys, and there's no getting around that.
Well--then there's that...
