"I know everyone was thinking, 'OK, two minutes, Brady time. March down the field, tie the game, go for two and win the game,' " linebacker Bart Scott said. "No, I'm not used to that. I've never been a part of that. Maybe people expected that time would run out [on the Patriots]. No, maybe we'll stop them four times and then it's time to warm up the [bleeping] bus."

The Jet D has yielded no touchdowns through two games, and are playing with an aggressive posture I haven't seen since the sack exchange. Bart Scott seems to be the vocal leader of this emerging force:

Hilarious quote. I love the fact that on that final drive Ryan did NOT switch into prevent D, but instead stuck with what kept them alive all game - aggressive blitzing.
Revis is unbelievable. Having him as a corner frees up all sorts of corner and safety blitzes you couldn't otherwise get away with. The numbers that Andre Johnson and Schaub put up yesterday at Tennessee really tell you a lot about just how good the Jets D really is.
This is a very exciting team, and the upside on Sanchez is through the roof. Some of those throws he made to a diving Cotchery yesterday were incredible. Even more impressive though is his poise and ability to look off defenders before making the pass. Also has a decent play-action fake. Veteran-level stuff, speaks highly about how good Pete Carroll coached him.
By the way, how genius was Ryan's voicemail? I watched the game on TV, but that stadium sounded louder that any other time I've watched. The air siren during each defensive stand must've really pissed off Beli-suck too. Did you see how disgusted he was shaking hands with Ryan and Sanchez after the game? I just live for that moment.
