So Heilman's agent says he either wants to be a starter or be traded.
I have only one thing to say to that: don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Heard Manuel on SNY's Mets Hot Stove Report tonight.
His position: Heilman's a reliever, and we look forward to him regaining his form next year.
Check that. Not Manuel, but Minaya.
I'd guess Heilman will not be a Met next year. Almost certainly Minaya plans to use him in a trade, and is just towing that line to strengthen his trading position.
I'd agree that he wants to trade him. Anyone willing to offer anything of value in return?
I've got 35 cents in my pocket and some lint.
